Ok ladies, listen up. If there is anything that most women have in common, it is the following:

1) we want to look the best we can - for ourselves, for our mates, just because 2) we’re suckers for a slick marketing/advertising campaign3) we’re too busy caring for and worrying about everyone else to pamper ourselves properly

Now….I don’t know about the rest of ya’ll but I can neither AFFORD all the crap that is advertised nowdays as the next ‘miraculous’ beauty treatment nor do I have the time to apply/use them all.

Aside from fighting Heart Disease, cancer, and other diseases, a new study shows that drinking Green Tea may also fight fat.The study showed that people who drank a bottle of tea fortified with Green Tea extract every day for three months lost more body fat than those who drank a bottle of regular oolong tea.Researchers say the results indicate that substances found in Green Tea known as catechins may trigger weight loss by stimulating the body to burn calories and decreasing body fat.

Make Your Own Aromatherapy Inhaler

A homemade inhaler, that is very easy to stick in a pocket or purse is made by simply saving an empty chap stick tube. Wash out with hot Soap and water to remove all traces of chap stick and let air dry. Next put a piece of cotton in the inhaler and measure the drops of essential oils for your blend directly on the cotton.

¼ cup rhassoul mud (available at Mountain Rose Herbs)3 tsp. molasses or honey¼ cup Sage, Rosemary, or Chamomile tea OR hydrosol OR water4 drops Rose Geranium essential oil (optional)2 drops Lavender essential oil (optional)

To use: mix ingredients into a soft paste. Starting at your crown, massage the paste into your scalp and then coat your hair with it.

(NewsTarget) A new study by DSM Nutritional Products shows that epigallocatechin gallate, commonly known as EGCG, improves glucose tolerance in Diabetic rodents and could be a positive addition to dietary prevention of type 2 Diabetes, if the results can be applied to humans.

“To our knowledge, we provide the first evidence that EGCG consumed in the diet exerts potent anti-Diabetic activity in vivo in a dose-dependent manner,” wrote lead author Swen Wolfram of DSM in the Journal of Nutrition.

The study looked at 37 male mice who were severely Diabetic, and divided them into four groups.

Prepare your Detoxifying and Uplifting Aromatic Blend by pouring your essential oils into a 10-ml bottle and then adding an Organic vegetable oil to fill.
